The wife is Fairfax born and bred, before we left that traffic nightmare in 2012 we lived in Reston. A friend came down once from Pennsy for a Civ War encampment at Sully Plantation, claimed "you couldn't put another house in with a shoe horn if you tried..."I worked in NoVA for a spell, way before it got all built up but did grow up in Hampton Rhodes in the 80s and 90s. Awesome time.Yeah, I lived in NoVa for 35 years.Yep, northern VA as well.Chesapeake and the Tidewater region also.The only Democrats in Virginia congregate in the DC area. I look forward to Trump firing half of them over the next 6 years.![]()
Indeed, Fairfax is like a mini-Chicago. We were there a few months ago....good night... what a nightmare. No matter where you want to go it is going to take you 30 minutes at least to get there.
