Blame a lazy media.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is just the latest and greatest of a breed of viruses that have been and are evolving on this wet rock along side us, but "disease" and "2019" comprise a fuck-load of characters to have to type over and over and over......

:D
And now, we have an entrepreneur whose research group has found a cure (vaccine), and he's in Texas. lou dobbs interviews John Price, CEO of Greffex Genetic Engineering group:

It will take about year to take the development of enough serum to go around, as I understood it.

My understanding of this virus is that if you're lucky and somebody doesn't sneeze straight into your face, mouth, nasal passages, or eyeball, and somehow you touched it while still alive until you scratched your nose, eyelid, or mouth, your best prevention of this disease is to simply wash your hands frequently with hot soapy water and keep your hands away from mucus membranes around the face as a discipline. It goes after all things upper respiratory--sinuses, throat, upper chest, etc. Rinsing the mouth frequently with Superstrength oragel mouthwash or listerine might also be wise so the virus doesn't find its way to the throat and lungs, where it has the perfect environment for itself to multiply radically. The incubation is a pretty specific 5 days away from discernible symptoms of the disease the viruses cause. My source (of a day or so ago) said that 15 day incubations are not characteristic of this particular bug.

If you are accidentally exposed to a Coronavirus, Wash hands well, get celery, cut up a couple of cups, put a cup of distilled (purified) water in your Osterizer blender or food liquefier along with the celery slices, and liquefy it for a minute or two. Drink. You just killed a billion or so germs. You can add a small amount of liquid aloe vera to your celery juice or procure the innards of an aloe vera branch/leaf gel (not exterior skin), mix together, and poultice exposed areas on your face you may have touched. It's not a cure, but it's a pretty effective germ killer and with your lotion and drinking the juice, hopefully it will kill most all germs and viruses in its path. Also, if you feel a cold coming on, this will definitely be right up your alley. This one doesn't, but I've read benefits that say celery juice can ward off a cold as well. Celery seeds are also great for ya, and do they ever add a zest unmatched by any other spice in a potato salad, and cut up thin slices of celery give new life to the potato salad. It's easy to get used to adding a lot of celery to a lot of dishes. If you like New England pot roasts and have never used celery wasteage and thyme to the traditional salt and pepper, you're in for a treat. Kids love peanut butter logs of celery. There's other stuff in the link below.
