Well it didn't go away after the Hillary debacle so no, the reason for it is that the left controls the political and cultural institutions, from the legal system through law schools, the courts and groups like the aclu, to the school system from teachers to curriculum, the media [which really runs the entire operation] that everyone thinks is controlled by the democrats is really just the reverse, the democrats are just the political arm of the media...
and they are currently in political control of health care through the CDC...they were able to shut down the entire country without anything more substantial than what amounts to "just because".
...now the right has made some real inroads into all those areas but until that becomes real change for them no matter who the president happens to be we will get either liberalism or liberalism lite depending on the party in the white house.
