Population is a problem and liberals are aware and concerned. We can't really control what goes on over seas but here we push comprehensive sex ed and access to planned parenthood like services and coverage of birth control. We also tend to be pro choice.

Actually, AGW propagated response measures have been responsible for third world deaths. By Obama era energy policy driving up the cost of energy globally, the cost of all consumer goods rose and third world dictators would not take that loss. They transferred the cost onto their depraved people, sending poverty and pestilence into starvation and death.
