The article mention the law, he was charged with, for killing the women, but do not seem to care. If you were a resident of Michigan, would you think removing the felony charge in 2010 and replacing it with a misdemeanor law was the way to go, to protect Michigan people. What if it was a random guy, growing up in Michigan, and he killed your grandmother and mother, would you understand the deficiency of what they took off the books of Michigan law, to make killing relatives of yours a misdemeanor?
