House passes resolution declaring that Israel is not a racist state. The vote was 412-9-1 with nine Democrats voting no, including Reps. Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Jamaal Bowman, Summer Lee, Cori Bush, Ayanna Pressley, Andre Carson and Delia Ramirez.

But, it makes me wonder how the vote would have gone if it was about the US is not a racist state. McCarthy ought to seriously consider a vote on that. It would be a great talking point to use in the upcoming elections.

So, if the House votes that Israel is not a racist state then that makes it not so?

It’s always fun to see what the extremes are saying. There are plenty of interesting stances coming out of the Republican camp. Think they’re trying to deflect?

This was really good work by the GOP which should reduce inflation, drive GDP, improve health care access, reduce the deficit and strengthen the military. What an amazing bill addressing the needs of Americans.

The 9 democrats should simply not have voted on the bill.

Well, those 9 are radical hate filled racists, no way that they could resist.

Deflect from what? They are merely playing politics in trying to fragment democrats, just as democrats try to fragment republicans.

And those 9 Democrats have insightful plans to do all the things you ask of GOP? How and Why?

And both sides blame the other side not their own. That is a reflection of the partisanship of politics not the superior democratic policies.
True, but it's important to note that Biden has been president 2 1/2 years and this polling has been like this pretty much throughout his presidency, not only direction of the country but his approval numbers. And, it's also important to note that in 2020 Biden ran on a campaign blaming Trump for not taking any responsibility for anything and ever since Biden and the Democrats have been in office, as you noted, they have not taken responsibility for anything, blaming it all on the other side.

Where is the vote on whether the following countries are racist?

India
Jordan
Egypt
SaudI Arabia
Iran
Vietnam
Indonesia
South Korea

Oh, riiiiight…..they’re not Jewish countries

(Also note that in the link below, it shows that the U.S. is among the LEAST racist countries.)
