Again, someone is selling them somewhere, it just takes a little effort.

In those places just going to the market may be a 20 min drive or a hour walk, adding a bit of time to get some rubbers isnt much of a big deal.

Plus you can buy em in bulk.

Iran is more advanced because if you are in a tiny American town and find a willing partner and you don't plan ahead and the only place in town that would sell condoms won't and it's too far to the pharmacy in the next town and you're not going to not have sex then bam, if we were in Iran you know you'd have had a condom.

Actually, we don't do it the same. Here in America, most of those who are against gays bully and ridicule them until they feel life is no longer worth it and they kill themselves.
