We need illegals to work jobs in areas where the jobs have left so the town are in decline - like Springfield. Except that somehow, there are jobs! They aren't given to unemployed Americans who used to work at the industry that was in Springfield, before it left! Somehow, criminal aliens are given a veneer of legality and given these jobs.

Okay, that doesn't make sense but only because the entire immigration falsity doesn't make sense.
