(CNSNews.com) The IRS is looking to hire a diversity and inclusion specialist, with a minimum salary of $123,758 a year.
The opening for a full-time Supervisory Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at the agencys national headquarters in Washington, D.C. was announced on June 11 and is open until June 24.
The Diversity Specialist will serve as a change agent to provide strategies, solutions, training, tools, resources and thought leadership on diversity and foster inclusion across the workplace and build internal awareness for diversity and inclusion throughout the agency.
Among the day-to-day job duties: Hear and resolve complaints from employees; "effect minor disciplinary measures, such as warnings and reprimands"; and identify developmental and training needs of employees
Again, nothing in the article says anything about hiring based on the color of someone's skin. You are jumping to conclusions that aren't there.
The issue isnt the race of any potential person in that position. The issue is that position exists to begin with. It shouldn't.
Why not hire based on test results? Fuck hiring someone that chooses someone because of skin color.

You can be sure the person hired will be black and illiterate. This is the only way blacks can get high-paying jobs.
