The problem is, as I understand it, is that Twitter is driven largely by leftist bot accounts, not humans. It's not worth the price Musk was willing to pay. Twitter claims less than 5% bot accounts but everything says it's MUCH LARGER.

This matters because bots aren't humans and bots aren't BUYERS so advertisers need to know there are mostly HUMAN eyes behind those accounts.

If nothing else, Elon is exposing Twitter for the fraud it is.

Dan Bongino recently said between his Twitter account, and his account on Truth Social, he actually has more interaction on Truth Social than Twitter. He attributes that to the fact that his Truth Social account actually has more real eyeballs on his posts than the "much larger" Twitter
