It's possible. Trump does a lot of things the anti christ is written to do. Some theologians say he is in fact, the anti christ. I don't know about that. But he does seem able to deceive a whole lot of people.

I think "demagogue" is a better description. "A leader who obtains power by means of impassioned appeals to the emotions and prejudices of the populace."
