Is it the Emperor? Or is it policy?

The polls have been abysmal for Biden for quite some time now with him being significantly underwater on pretty much every single issue rated as important to most American people:
--Economy
--Foreign Policy
--Border Security/Immigration
--Inflation
--Crime
--Israeli/Hamas conflict
--Russia/Ukraine

I don't know but I'm pretty sure he would poll just as badly on weaponization of the government, unrestricted abortion, DEI most especially in the military and Secret Service, curriculum pushed in schools, and several others.

But the focus is on Biden himself, not the policy. He's 'too old'. He's 'too weak.' He's too 'compromised.' But not a single pro-Democrat media source has yet to say that Americans, even a lot who are reluctant to give up their Democrat identity, don't like his policies.

Nobody in the pro-Democrat MSM is focused in any way on policy or has addressed that in any way in the current debate over whether Biden should be replaced on the November ballot. They all promote that he is unpopular now because of a bad debate. They don't seem to want to see that nobody who replaces him is likely to change bad policy already published in the Democrat platform.

Maybe it won't make any difference if they saddle a different horse?

The pending possibilities are that Kamala will maintain her own support and gain Biden's too!

And the visions of needing to save the country from fascism will cause the biggest turn out America has ever seen.

But of course we must also imagine that the appearance of a Trump landslide victory could be in the bag.

In the latest poll Biden loses to Trump by 3% and Kamala loses to Trump by 2%. The Dems are in big trouble.

The best thing that could happen to this country is a solid red country by the time the dust settles in November. Red in the White House. Red in the Senate. Red in the House of Representatives. We need just enough Democrats in Congress to force the GOP to defend what policy and initiatives they put through--if the GOP can't competently defend them they should rethink them--but it will take a strong GOP majority to effectively turn around all the really bad policy Biden and the Democrats have forced on us.

Well, Trump said he was going to change the GOP to the MAGA Worker's Party. That's what Steve Bannon also wanted and he a Leninist.

If you think Steve Bannon is a Leninist you should sue every history teacher you have ever had. You have said a lot of absurd things, but that one has to be pretty close to the top even for you.

Do you have a problem with a MAGA worker's concept? A policy of putting American workers first? If so, let's hear your rationale.

Still too close for me. I want a 20 point spread. Something closer to the polling in the RCP link in the OP.

That is one thing most of the left and the never Trumpers on the right have in common though--they vote for personality not policy. And when those people prevail, the outcome is never good.
