Clinton is worse by far, but Kerry is a second.

Neither are as bad as others in the administration: Holder is so awful it's insulting he is still the attorney general, Sebilus is incompetent and Napalitano is showing her brilliance with the flood of illegal alien children at the border!

Hillary's disastrous reset with Russia might swamp three of Kerry's failures. Since Hillary has said that the reset button was the most brilliant strategic move in all of American history, that might wipe out a few more. Because of the Russian reset's monumental failure, Hillary might move ahead in the useless category.

It is, perhaps, unfair to criticize either Swifty Kerry nor Hillary so vigorously.

They have never been given the opportunity to perform their jobs under an experienced, America-focused, resolute and vision-capable executive leadership.

They might very well have under-performed just as badly under such a leadership.

He has to travel around the world trying to implement Obama's foreign policy.

The problem here is twofold.

The first is Kerry’s exalted vision of his own diplomatic skills. As soon he was sworn in, he threw caution to the winds and embarked on a course that a wiser man would have understood was merely a repeat of the mistakes of the past.

Kerry’s conduct must even have the White House starting to rethink the decision to give him the freedom to carry out his plans. Though his predecessor Hillary Clinton’s accomplishments in her four years at Foggy Bottom were slim (other, that is, than racking up frequent flier miles), right now she is starting to look like a foreign-policy giant by comparison.
