N. Korea is relatively static. Unseating fatboy Kim would likely only serve to strenghthen China. They would race to fill the vacuum. Probably best to continue to starve the regime out, and hope the problem eventually gets handled "in house".

Keep an eye on Russia. If they start to express interest in North Korean oil or territory, then Trump should be sending our troops in to free it up shortly after.

Why not? It was enough for Iraq, and we ended up not even getting any.

I don't think North Korea is about oil. I think it's more about China. China is beginning to assert itself in the region. However, Iran is all about oil. So that war is likely to happen in the near future. But neither Iran or North Korea are an 'Imminent Threat' to the US.

North Korea is a pawn of China to be sure. I see no evidence that Russia is particularly fond of them, or of China for that matter.
