You're portraying Wilson as being wrong in his assessment of Bush's 16 words because he had no knowledge of British intelligence; but that is a lie because Wilson didn't raise hell over British intelligence. He raised hell over a forged document which also served as a basis of Bush's 16 words. A lie by omission is still a lie.
