No it is not. They have taken no actions against anyone. It is a part of our national security.

It is absolutely (or was absolutely - technically still is since it hasn't been abandoned, only paused) unconstitutional. It's very existence has the effect of reducing free speech.

It is also unconstitutional because the Executive Branch of government has only the powers granted in law and in the Constitution. There is no law or constitutional authority to monitor speech.

The Democrats, including you, have sunk so low in their respect for civil rights - or lack of respect. It proves that civil rights were never, ever, a thing in the Democratic Party or leftists; it was always about destroying the Constitution and replacing it with Marxist communism.
