Is there any significance for the S&P 500 to break 3000?

We are a few points from this historic level. Is this just a number, or does it present a valuation obstacle for the market? Does it force investors to think that maybe the market is getting pricey or will breaking 3000 lead to another leg up?

/——/ It’s just a number but retail investors will get spooked. Always happens. I remember the hysteria when the Dow touched 10,000.
