Biden has seemed more healthy lately. The other day, he was answering questions from reporters, with real answers. Kamala cannot do that.

I have to wonder if they sabotaged him by lowering his meds for the weeks prior to his debate debacle. Obama probably isn't happy that Biden is owned in part by China when Obama was supposed to have him to himself.
