Israel's Apartheid Laws

I found this in the first paragraph from the link that you posted:

"Massive violent attacks against Jews date back at least to the Crusades such as the Pogrom of 1096 in France and Germany (the first "Christian" pogroms to be officially recorded), as well as the massacres of Jews at London and York in 1189–1190."

How convenient of you to leave this part out.

Just shows what a disingenuous piece of work you really are. :doubt:

Islime is an apartheid cult.

Quran 9:29 Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Again, these are no wartime instructions, they are instructions for how to conduct all encounters with non Muslims, meaning that Muslims are instructed to regard all non Muslims as enemies at all times.
That is incorrect.

You have No idea what you are talking about. :doubt:
How about this then, treatment of non Muslims in Muslim countries based on teachings of the Koran:

Zimmis and Religious Practices
Muslims believe that the Zimmis are Mushrikun (polytheists) for they see the belief in the Trinity as belief in three gods. Islam is the only true religion, they claim. Therefore, to protect Muslims from corruption, especially against the unforgivable sin of shirk (polytheism), its practice is forbidden among Muslims, because it is considered the greatest abomination. When Christians practice it publicly, it becomes an enticement and exhortation to apostasy. It is significant here to notice that according to Muraghi, Zimmis and infidels are polytheists and therefore, must have the same treatment.

According to Muslim jurists, the following legal ordinances must be enforced on Zimmis (Christians and Jews alike) who reside among Muslims:

1)
Zimmis are not allowed to build new churches, temples, or synagogues. They are allowed to renovate old churches or houses of worship provided they do not allow to add any new construction. "Old churches" are those which existed prior to Islamic conquests and are included in a peace accord by Muslims. Construction of any church, temple, or synagogue in the Arab Peninsula (Saudi Arabia) is prohibited. It is the land of the Prophet and only Islam should prevail there. Yet, Muslims, if they wish, are permitted to demolish all non-Muslim houses of worship in any land they conquer.

2)
Zimmis are not allowed to pray or read their sacred books out loud at home or in churches, lest Muslims hear their prayers.

3)
Zimmis are not allowed to print their religious books or sell them in public places and markets. They are allowed to publish and sell them among their own people, in their churches and temples.

4)
Zimmis are not allowed to install the cross on their houses or churches since it is a symbol of infidelity.

5)
Zimmis are not permitted to broadcast or display their ceremonial religious rituals on radio or television or to use the media or to publish any picture of their religious ceremonies in newspaper and magazines.

6)
Zimmis are not allowed to congregate in the streets during their religious festivals; rather, each must quietly make his way to his church or temple.

7)
Zimmis are not allowed to join the army unless there is indispensable need for them in which case they are not allowed to assume leadership positions but are considered mercenaries.
Mawdudi, who is a Hanifite, expresses a more generous opinion toward Christians. He said:

"In their own towns and cities they are allowed to do so (practice their religion) with the fullest freedom. In purely Muslim areas, however, an Islamic government has full discretion to put such restrictions on their practices as it deems necessary."

Marriage and Children
A Muslim male can marry a Zimmi girl, but a Zimmi man is not allowed to marry a Muslim girl. If a woman embraces Islam and wants to get married, her non-Muslim father does not have the authority to give her away to her bridegroom. She must be given away by a Muslim guardian.

If one parent is a Muslim, children must be raised as Muslims. If the father is a Zimmi and his wife converts to Islam, she must get a divorce; then she will have the right of custody of her child. Some fundamentalist schools indicate that a Muslim husband has the right to confine his Zimmi wife to her home and restrain her from going to her own house of worship.

Capital Punishment
The Hanifites believe that both Zimmis and Muslims must suffer the same Penalty for similar crimes. If a Muslim kills a Zimmi intentionally, he must be killed in return. The same applies to a Christian who kills a Muslim. But other schools of Law have different interpretations of Islamic law. The Shafi`ites declare that a Muslim who assassinates a Zimmi must not be killed, because it is not reasonable to equate a Muslim with a polytheist (Mushrik). In such a case, blood price must be paid. The penalty depends on the school of law adopted by the particular Islamic country where the crime or offense is committed. This illustrates the implication of different interpretations of the Islamic law based on the Hadith.

Each school attempts to document its legal opinion by referring to the Hadith or to an incident experienced by the Prophet or the "rightly guided" Caliphs.

The Witness of Zimmis
Zimmis cannot testify against Muslims. They can only testify against other Zimmis or Musta'min. Their oaths are not considered valid in an Islamic court. According to the Shari`a, a Zimmi is not even qualified to be under oath. Muraghi states bluntly, "The testimony of a Zimmi is not accepted because Allah - may He be exalted - said: `God will not let the infidels (kafir) have an upper hand over the believers'." A Zimmi, regarded as an infidel, cannot testify against any Muslim regardless of his moral credibility. If a Zimmi has falsely accused another Zimmi and was once punished, his credibility and integrity is tarnished and his testimony is no longer acceptable. One serious implication of this is that if one Muslim has committed a serious offense against another, witnessed by Zimmis only, the court will have difficulty deciding the case since the testimonies of Zimmis are not acceptable. Yet, this same Zimmi whose integrity is blemished, if he converts to Islam, will have his testimony accepted against the Zimmis and Muslims alike, because according to the Shari`a, "By embracing Islam he has gained a new credibility which would enable him to witness..." All he has to do is to utter the Islamic confession of faith before witnesses, and that will elevate him from being an outcast to being a respected Muslim enjoying all the privileges of a devout Muslim.

Personal Law
On personal matters of marriages, divorces, and inheritance, Zimmis are allowed to appeal to their own religious courts. Each Christian denomination has the right and authority to determine the outcome of each case. Zimmis are free to practice their own social and religious rites at home and in church without interference from the state, even in such matters as drinking wine, rearing pigs, and eating pork, as long as they do not sell them to Muslims. Zimmis are generally denied the right to appeal to an Islamic court in family matters, marriage, divorce, and inheritance. However, in the event a Muslim judge agrees to take such a case, the court must apply Islamic law.

Political Rights and Duties
The Islamic state is an ideological state, thus the head of the state inevitably must be a Muslim, because he is bound by the Shari`a to conduct and administer the state in accordance with the Qur'an and the Sunna. The function of his advisory council is to assist him in implementing the Islamic principles and adhering to them. Anyone who does not embrace Islamic ideology cannot be the head of state or a member of the council.

Mawdudi, aware of the requirements of modern society, seems to be more tolerant toward Zimmis. He says,

"In regard to a parliament or a legislature of the modern type which is considerably different from the advisory council in its traditional sense, this rule could be relaxed to allow non-Muslims to be members provided that it has been fully ensured in the constitution that no law which is repugnant to the Qur'an and the Sunna should be enacted, that the Qur'an and the Sunna should be the chief source of public law, and that the head of the state should necessarily be a Muslim."

Arab-American Dr. Wafa Sultan, Human Rights Activist, Among "Time Magazine's 100 Heroes and Pioneers Whose Power, Talent Or Moral Example Is Transforming Our World"

Wafa Sultan - The 2006 TIME 100 - TIME.

Israel - The One And The Only Free Democratic Country In The Entire Middle East.
I believe that any nation that grants equal opportunity to every citizen, regardless of race, religion, political affiliation, or gender, thereby, establishes its moral legitimacy. According to this principle, Israel stands alone in the Middle East region, as a nation with moral legitimacy: it grants all citizens equal rights for men and women alike, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech and of the press. Not a single Arab or Muslim country in the surrounding region does the same. Nor do any of those Arab and Muslim nations allow their citizens personal freedom, or the right to maintain and express opposing points of view.

These essential qualities of life provide oxygen for the human soul; they are the kind of basic nourishment that is desperately missing in all of Israel's Muslim neighbors. Yet, the so-called humanitarian aid organizations at the United Nations direct all their energy to act against anything and everything Israel does. Let me ask: as every human being deserves to live in dignity, why has an enormous unbalanced portion of global aid gone mostly to Palestinians, while millions of underprivileged people all over the world suffer genuine, life-threatening deprivation? Here is why: The United Nations time and again focuses its power on the perpetual manufacturing of false anti-Israel accusations. Painting Palestinians as perennial underdogs provides the perfect cover for their subversive effort. Without doubt, this trend encourages hatred and violence against the Jewish people in Israel and everywhere else. And that is exactly its point.

A Palestinian women's organization reported that Muslim men perpetrate some 40 honor killings annually in the West Bank alone, not including the vast majority of honor killing and abuse of women that go unreported -- as Islamic society maintains secrecy in upholding the popular belief that those "cursed with a sin, [should] hide it."

According to recent face-to-face surveys by prominent international pollsters, more Palestinians in East Jerusalem would prefer to be citizens of Israel than citizens of a new Palestinian state -- and 40% would probably or definitely move to avoid Palestinian rule.

Those who love liberty and life will strengthen their ties and warm relations with Israel, and stand with her. Israel will continue to shine its light among all nations.

He says,

"In regard to a parliament or a legislature of the modern type which is considerably different from the advisory council in its traditional sense, this rule could be relaxed to allow non-Muslims to be members provided that it has been fully ensured in the constitution that no law which is repugnant to the Qur'an and the Sunna should be enacted, that the Qur'an and the Sunna should be the chief source of public law, and that the head of the state should necessarily be a Muslim."

rights of non Muslims
So what's your point that you are trying to make?

All you proved is that you know how to cut & paste. :lol: :cuckoo:
point is you said Muslims are allowed to lie to and mistreat non Muslims only in war. As we can see that is clearly not true. They practice state sponsored Islam based apartheid and persecution on non Muslims today. Are you one of those ignorant converts to Islam?

It is full of lies, slander, misquotes, and pure nonsense. :cuckoo:

NON·MUSLIM SUBJECTS OF THE
ISLAMIC STATE (AHL AL-DHIMMA)
THE NON-MUSLIM POLL TAX
The minimum non-Muslim poll tax is one
dinar (n: 4.235 grams of gold) per person (A: per
year). The maximum is whatever both sides agree
upon.

Such non-Muslim subjects are obliged to comply with Islamic rules
that pertain to the safety and indemnity of life, reputation, and property.
In addition, they:
(1) are penalized for committing adultery or theft, though not for drunkenness;
(2) are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);
(3) are not greeted with "as-Salamu 'alaykum" ;
(4) must keep to the side of the street;
(5) may not build higher than or as high as the Muslims' buildings, though if they
acquire a tall house, it is not razed;
(6) are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or
display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display
of their funerals and feast days;
(7) and are forbidden to build new churches.

They are forbidden to reside in the Hijaz, meaning the area and
towns around Mecca, Medina, and Yamama, for more than three days
(when the caliph allows them to enter there for something they need).

By the way, the nazis took #2 of sharia law in forcing Jews to wear yellow tags designating their religious identity.

Also, note the restrictions on freedom of religion with prohibitions on openly practicing religious customs and building new churches. The intent is for churches to eventually fall into disrepair

Non-muslimes must also keep to the side of the street. What the fuck?

Other aspects of dhimmitude involved being spat upon and physically struck by non-muslimes with no legal recourse.

Nope, while there were pogroms in Europe that were committed by Christians, the first pogroms in Europe were committed by Muslims in Cordoba and Granada in the 11th century, and Arabs continued to commit pogroms against Jews throughout the ME and North Africa right into the 20th century.
Funny how you didn't continue to the part when in 1492 every single Jew under threat of death was kicked out of Spain by the Christians.

That is true but irrelevant to the issue of how the Arabs have persecuted and murdered Jews for over a thousand years.

:doubt:

The 11th century, however, saw several Muslim pogroms against Jews; notably those that occurred in Cordoba in 1011 and in Granada in 1066.[11] In the 1066 Granada massacre, the first large pogrom on European soil, a Muslim mob crucified the Jewish vizier Joseph ibn Naghrela and massacred about 4,000 Jews[12] In 1033 about 6,000 Jews were killed in Fez, Morocco by Muslim mobs.[13][1

All three of these pogroms predate the first Christian pogrom. Just can't handle the truth, can you.

False.

I claimed there is no discrimination under the law for all Israeli citizens. I did not however say that all Israeli citizens are immune from obeying the law. Mr. M was a spy and that is why he was arrested, not because he was a "human rights advocate".(I believe that I have proved that in my previous post.) And any other Jewish Israeli citizen would also have been arrested if he was a spy. As you can see, there is no discrimination whatsoever.
So your comment is completely false.
This is what you said...

The Palestinians you talk about whom are being "discriminated against", are not Israeli citizens, thus they don't enjoy the same rights as Israeli citizens.
So I gave you one example of someone who was. He was also a human rights advocate in Israel. As for your claim about him being a spy, we really don't know. A few things seem a little fishy here. Like the court immediately sealing his case file right after his arrest. Then when the judge heard about the letter he had sent to a local media outlet, he issue a gag order. And Amnesty International is concerned he was torturted into cutting a deal. And there is no denying that he was known for being a human rights activist.

Ameer Makhoul is well known for his human rights activism on behalf of Palestinians in Israel and those living under Israeli occupation.
Which would make him a target, under one of those new laws you say are applied to everyone equally (more on that in a minute)...

(7) the Funding from Foreign State Entities law requires foreign state NGO supporters submit quarterly financial reports. At issue is delegitimizing and curtailing legitimate activities, not legislating transparency. Human rights and other civil groups are targeted for supporting rights Israel opposes.
And this one...
prohibiting organizations deemed harmful to Israel from operating;
That last one basically ends all forms of dissent towards Israeli policy.

As I told you before, hitting the streets with a camera in hand , does not prove official policy. The fact of the matter is racist people exist everywhere.
If you go to the USA, you can make the same exact video. does this prove that the USA is a racist or an apartheid country? Of course not and this is why the video you have posted is irrelevant.
That doesn't prove it irrelevant. The video gives you a brief snapshot of life in Israel.

That's not showing empathy. That's more like a veiled threat. I will think of you in this way, if you meet certain conditions that I have set. It's the same, lame rap that it's up to them, to make peace. As if they have any control over the situation, which they don't. And the reason they have no control over their destiny, is not because of Hamas, it's because of Israel.

They've been living under an "occupation" for the last 45 years. People who are "occupied", have no control in the area under occupation, the "occupiers" do. And that's Israel. The Israeli's are in control. Now, if the Israeli's are the ones actually in control, how could it possibly be up to the Palestinian's to do something? They can't do anything, without Israeli's okay.

You people are delusional. You've occupied land that isn't yours and in violation of international laws for the last 45 years and yet think that it's up to the Pals to do something about this. What a bunch of fucking hypocrites! Here's a thought, why don't you get the fuck off their land and go back to your own country and stop threatening your neighbors!

One last thing on this "apartheid claim" of yours, which again shows how delusional your position is...

...the mere fact that Israel is considered a "jewish state", is prima facia evidence that apartheid and racism are "structural" to the creation of Israel. And these Jim Crow laws, I guess we can call them "Jew Crow laws", that force people to pledge their allegience to a jewish state.

requiring anyone receiving an ID card, passport, driver's license, or other official document declare loyalty to Israel as a Jewish, democratic state;

declaring Israel "the national home of the Jewish people," no longer permitting Arabic as an official language;

prohibiting entry into Israel of anyone involved in boycotts, suing the government or military, or denying the holocaust; and

requiring civil servants and council members swear loyalty to Israel as a Jewish, democratic state, among other proposed measures
That's like telling blacks in South Africa, "You will always refer to this country as a "white country", or we will arrest you.

So if you're jewish, you got no problem with these laws. But if you're muslim, how would you feel having to give up your heritage and ideology just to get a photo ID?

niehter of which is the Jewish homeland. If Jews want to live there, it's their own personal issue. However, America is for the Americans, Israel is for the people of Israel.

It is not that complicated, really.

My advice to the Jews would be to abandon their current method of emotional blackmail. They're losing control of the exaggeration of numbers, and more and more people are beginning to notice. At first it was four million, now it's six. What'll it be in twenty years? Ten million? They should've quit while they were ahead.
