He doesn't have one. Unfortunately, Barack Obama ate up the "taxpayer entertainment" tab for the next 72 presidents. I think he exceeded several trillion dollars or something like that. The only person I know personally who went to the US for treatment, had an experimental form of radiation therapy for advanced lung cancer, and it worked, for now. I have no idea what he paid for it, but it was pretty much a last hope, thing.

My friend's husband had a massive heart attack while in the US on business, and they requested that he be stablized and flown home for treatment at the Schulich Heart Centre in Toronto.

Every American I know who has lived in Canada, much prefers Canadian health care to American. It's more patient centred and less about the $$$.
