What's even more terrifying...are the evil puppeteers that are controlling him!

He is clearly struggling mentally and that means he's incapable of being fully in charge.
So who's controlling the military? That is the scariest part.
You could tell from his inability to confront Trump directly that he lacks any kind of commanding demeanor. So when some foreign military decisions need to be made just how hard would it be to "convince" him to do something his subordinates want?
This will be a long 4 months.

It brings up the question…WHO is running the country. There are those who say Biden is not running the country right now.
