Well, if the cubic mile of ice starts at 1000 ft below sea level, then it ends 4280 ft above sea level, and Antarctica has such.

And yeah, it has 90% air super compressed, since the "layer" started at the bottom multiple feet thick and then got compressed to under one inch.

Antarctica has at least 50 million cubic miles of air at today's surface air pressure trapped inside.
