Didn't say she wasn't legal. To blame an intern when the President has all the power and could compromise his power is just beyond stupid. His getting involved in a consensual or nonconsensual relationship in the work place can be a form of sexual discrimination and/or sexual harassment. It also leads to favoritism and partiality on the part of the superior. She could have sued the federal government for his actions.
