Jim Jordan Warns Bragg

Of course it's not:

Prosecutorial misconduct occurs when a prosecutor breaks a law or a code of professional ethics in the course of a prosecution. In Berger v. United States, 295 U.S. 78 (1935), Justice Sutherland explained prosecutorial misconduct as “overstepp[ing] the bounds of that propriety and fairness which should characterize the conduct of such an officer in the prosecution of a criminal offense.”

Fat Alvin ran his campaign on getting Trump for something.....anything. Now he his carrying out that promise. This is clearly an abuse of his authority.

None of this has happened. Your saying it does not make it true.

Asking questions is not interfering in anything. Yes, when Congress appropriates money like they did in NY, they have every right to ask questions about it.
It’s definitely their intent to interfere. No prosecutor would answer questions about ongoing investigations which could jeopardize the prosecution of crimes.

It’s common sense.

Because no evidence was provided for them to look at.
Are you awlays wrong?
He is being charged with falsifying corporate reports to the state of NY. You are the one who is always wrong.
Based on the theory that the payment to Daniels was a campaign donation, so that case still hinges on federal election law.

Why don't you give up while you're behind?

Wrong. Federal prosecutors in NY were ordered to stop the investigation by AG Bob Barr. They never made a determination as to whether Trump broke federal laws.
You mean a jury never made such a determination, which only makes his cas even more absurd.

Trump is being prosecuted for falsifying business records. You are not entitled to make things up.
Based on the premise that the money cohen paid to Daniels was a caampaign contribution.

How fucking stupid are you?

Jail time, and a bullet in your chest if you refuse to go meekly off to prison.

You do understand how our legal system works, don't you?
You are wrong. They don’t haul you jail for refusing to take a plea deal.

You get a trial.

You are the one who is always wrong. The payment to Daniels was not a legal fee. That is what he claimed it was in his corporate filings with the state of NY.
