Maybe others would like to add their ideas?
1. Mobile Notary. Banks and such have notaries but a lot of companies will hire a mobile notary to go to wherever it is the transaction takes place and the client is actually signing. Typically, it pays extremely well although it is very part time.
2. Court appointed child advocate. I don't have a lot of personal experience or info on this but have heard that some jurisdictions pay for lay liaisons who advocate for minor children. The person I know who did this was able to use it as a spring board to a full time, well paid job.
