Did anyone read the article? Rovers argued that the entire case was Moot. The two are no longer students. And they did not claim harm or seek monetary damages. So the case even if found in their favor was meaningless. It wouldn’t apply to them as they are no longer attending the school. It wouldn’t apply to anyone since the policy had been changed already.
