A breakdown of decency and respect for elected officials in the institutes of learning is also a portion of debris in a spiritual flood. Trashy stuff becomes art in the breakdown during a flood of evil upon the ungodly.
(note some people in your opinion may not be worthy of respect but we at least teach children to good manners enough to respect the office and how to avoid electing people not worthy of respect if that is how we actually feel)
