This isn't about Midwesterners. It's about segregationist blacks shaking down another community and forcing a prosecution that has yet to be determined as necessary.
Blacks speak one dialect rooted in the south and they speak the dialect as a reflection of identifying by skin color. That is blatant self-segregation.
Moral of the story is don't live around blacks if you don't qualify for black because you will not be allowed to defend yourself if attacked.
