I don't understand why so many Dems are in support of this war we should have nothing to do with.

Is it because that's what the Dem party and the military industrial complex have told y'all to believe?

During COVID, the Dems took the side of Big Pharma. The government tried to force people to take the vaccine in order to work or even visit a gym. It has all been shown to be a big expensive lie.

This war is not much different.

We have so far given Ukraine $113B ($350 per person, including children). Do you have any idea what we could have done with that money instead? Our children will be paying for this war.

You guys probably used to be against the US getting involved in foreign wars which were not a direct threat to the US.

What are we trying to achieve? Less loss of life? No way!

Can a brave Dem answer these questions which Trump answered?

• Is opposing Russia in Ukraine a vital American national strategic interest?
• What specifically is our objective in Ukraine, and how will we know when we’ve achieved it?
• What is the limit of funding and material you would be willing to send to the government of Ukraine?
• Should the United States support regime change in Russia?
• Given that Russia’s economy and currency are stronger than before the war, do you believe that U.S. sanctions have been effective?
• Do you believe the United States faces the risk of nuclear war with Russia?

Americans launch second drone towards Black Sea

The United States has sent a new reconnaissance drone toward the Ukrainian Crimea annexed by Russia. According to the Flightradar service, the RQ-4 Global Hawk with the call sign FORTE10 headed for the Black Sea.

In Syria, we faced some of the same problems. I think when they show up for another dump, bump and run, they may find an F-15E with nothing better to do than to fly cover.

What comes out of this is to have the Reapers to be escorted by manned fighters either F-15s or F-22s which stop this nonsense.

Russians can shoot them too. It's not that different from shooting Ukrainian jets in Ukrainian air.

US military is allowing Russia to recover the drone....

The US Navy does not currently have warships operating in the Black Sea, and is not believed to be undertaking a salvage operation on the surface of the waterway.
The newly released radio communications indicate that Russian salvage ships from the Russian-controlled Crimean port of Sevastopol rushed to the area where the drone crashed into the water within eight hours of the incident.
Pentagon officials have said any sensitive information was remotely wiped from the drone's software after its propeller was stuck by an Su-27 fighter jet during a close pass, and that any wreckage recovered will have little military value.

Eh? The US never said it was an accident. The Pentagon said exactly what happened.

*** edit: clarify the "accident"- the Russian pilot did not intend to hit the drone. That part was accidental. The intent was to down the drone, but not crash into it. The attack on the drone was not an accident. ***

It was the Russians that initially denied the collision: "In order to identify an intruder, fighter jets of air defence units took off. As a result of a manoeuvre, MQ-9 UAV started to fly uncontrollably, losing the flight altitude and crashing with the water surface." and that Russian fighter jets: "have not had any contact" with the UAV and "successfully returned to the airfield."

Then the Pentagon released the video and we all saw who was lying about it. The drone was flying straight and level. The Russians were the ones being stupid.

This was amateur flying at it's worst. The RF pilot misjudged his distance and lost sight of the drone when he pitched up. He's lucky to be alive. Most mid-air collisions result in the loss of both aircraft.

The pathetic part is, this is the definition "courage and valor" for Russian pilots. Crashing your jet into an unarmed, unmanned, non-maneuvering target.

And yeah, the pilot is a dork- he looks like a dazed-and-confused pilsbury dough boy.
