I agree. So it is in fact likely that Trump’s vindication will come only when the appeal lands in SCOTUS.

And it will likely happen in the second term which he will win.

Now, the only reason why SCOTUS would overturn his conviction is because it's full of hacks.

But given the way he's melting down, not even attending rallies, giving bizarre press conferences, it's just not going to go well for him.
