Kapernick was blackballed. There are football players who killed dogs, beat their wives and raped women. Yet, they still have successfully careers in the NFL.

Kapernick exercise his freedom of speech and protest, and his career is over? All because he wouldn't stand during a song?

You have a distorted version of "freedom of speech". If all Kapernick wanted to do was exercise freedom of speech for something he (incorrectly) believes in, he could do what other protestors do. He could protest in the streets.

He protests inside the stadium, and during the national anthem, to attack America. How more obvious could anything be ?

And the national anthem is much more than a song. It is about the US fighting a war (specifically the War of 1812), and about the hundreds of thousands of US military, who made REAL sacrifices for the American people (with their lives), for more than 200 years now.

When anyone applies for a job, the first thing done is a background check. Ordinarily, dog killers, rapists, and wife beaters would not be hired. Discovering an already hired employee is a criminal of these sorts, could easily result in termination. NFL should be no different.
