4. He changed the relationship between the people and the government...and not in a good way
5. He extended WWII by at least two years, therefore responsible for the loss of blood and treasure over those years.

The German military might was at it's peak in 1942, going into 1943. No attempt in the world to depose Adolph Hitler at this time would have worked. You can't change the fact that Hitler was never going to surrender, and Hitler survived all attempts to depose him, thus Roosevelt could have gotten nowhere even if he did touch the feelers that the Germans not in power offered..
