Bullshit.........So we give a high security clearance to someone BEFORE we know what that individual has been involved in and with???.....Did you get a legal degree from Trump U.?

What is originally placed in the SF86 provides a guideline for investigators to check on one's background.......to OMIT from that form important information as to one's dealings with foreigners is tantamount to subverting the process of the investigation....

First off, Jared Kuchner shouldn't have a job at the White House in violation of the Nepotism Act.

Secondly, Kuchner's father is a convicted felon. Kuchner worked for his father's company, which owes millions to Russian banks meaning that he's vulnerable to having those loans called by the Russians, giving them a possible hold on him.

And he lied on his clearance form. He met with lots of foreigners both in regards to his business and in connection with the campaign BEFORE the election and BEFORE he filled out that form.

When I was a loans officer at a bank, I had an applicant lie to me on his application form by failing to disclose he owed money to another bank. All of his loans and credit cards were up to date, including the loan he failed to disclose, he had a strong balance sheet so I recommended the loan. The manager turned it down, saying "If I can't trust him to tell the truth on the application, I can't trust him to repay this loan". Less than a year later, the guy filed for bankruptcy.

If Kuchner wasn't honest on his security clearance application, how can you trust him to keep America's interests ahead of his own personal interests? The answer: You can't
