Well, they need to be charged with something. Surely they cannot be allowed to walk around and dispute people like Bill Barr and Jack Smith.

Of course it's possible to disagree with all or part of the argument, but it's not some unhinged screed, nor would it have previously been conceivable that the argument could constitute an element of a felony conspiracy plot, which is what Jack Smith now purports to be alleging.​

how does ANY Prosecutor prove intent?

Honestly? Most of the American public has no idea when it comes to these high level politicians.

Did G. Bush and Cheney have intent to mislead the American public when they caused the US to kill and maim millions of people on the planet in Iraq due to their lies?

Did Hillary have intent, when she had several different phones, and had classified communications that were seen by foreign nations?

The point here, is that this prosecution, appears, to folks that support Trump, to be motivated, by politics, and not by impartial justice.
