Lawyer: FBI's Seth Rich Docs Show Robbery Narrative 'Failing Apart'

They dont want the actual murderer to go to prison for life? How so?
They're only interested in Seth Rich because they can blame him for a felony that was committed by Russians of all people.

Seth Rich isn't a person to them, he's a tool.

Give it a rest you friggin loons.

I notice you dont look at any facts...you just want us to stop talking about it.

Who put a gun to your head and made you read and post to the thread?

Do you believe Epstein killed himself?

I feel bad for the Seth Rich family. Every few years they have to put up with this BS. Right-wing loons who will not give them any peace. Fox News paid a multi-million dollar settlement to the family because they would not stop the lies. That settlement finally shut them up.

So you think they dont want to know who murdered their child? If your child was murdered, would you want to know who did it?
LOL...I certainly would not be doing what wing nuts are doing: terrorizing the family with conspiracy theories.

So because of that, the person responsible shouldnt be held accountable?

Thats so odd.

Do you believe every leftist truly cares about George Floyd, or is his case a tool?

Why are the libs so content to leave this murder unsolved?

No one wants to "blame" the late Mr. RIch for anything, he's seen as a whistleblowing hero not a criminal and certainly not a "tool".

I hope they are held accountable, but you need someone who is actually motivated to find that person.

People are trying to blame Rich for hacking and disseminating the emails from the DNC.

That would be a felony.

No it wouldn't be.

That would be whistleblowing.

After all, the emails were incriminating to the DNC, showing what pieces of shit they were, and it would be alerting the people.

They weren't national secrets or anything.

So motivation matters? Again....weird. As long as the crime is solved, why does motivation matter?

How many times do politicians do things for political motivation? Do you always call them out? Should something with a good benefit not be done because it is politically motivated?

Can you honestly say that if this SAME thing happened with the RNC, you would call for no investigation because the Democrats have improper motivation?

Our justice system does not work the way you are describing.

The Mueller investigation was for movitation to help one side. So you hated it?

Bernie supporters sued the DNC...and the DNC legal defense was that they are ALLOWED to rig their primaries...and they won! :auiqs.jpg:

Seth Rich did not own the emails from the DNC, therefore his taking and distributing them would be illegal.

Of course motivation matters. When you're motivated only to find a scapegoat, you're not actually trying to solve the crime.

People can tell when they're being taken advantage of, which is what was happening here. Exploiting a family who lost a son is particularly disgusting.

But if you solve the crime....what the fuck does it matter?

Lets say you save babies from a burning building only to get on television. Does it not matter you saved the babies?

They're not trying to solve the crime. It's pretty easy to see that.

How do you know? What if they do an investigation and find evidence that implicates someone?

You have a very odd take on crimes being solved.

Do you not think the Mueller investigation was politically motivated?
I mean, it's pretty easy. For starters, they're huge Trump supporters who are pushing a narrative that contradicts all known facts in order to spin a counter narrative to benefit Trump by delegitimatizing the connection between the DNC hack and Russia.

Their "investigation" is just looking for ways to blame their political opponents.

An odd take on crimes being solved is deciding the culprit before you actually investigate and that's what's happening here. An honest investigation doesn't do that.

Actually, it was the Democrats who decided in advance that Mr. Rich was whacked by a couple of anonymous fellows who decided to commit a botched robbery and the matter should be dropped.

Not the Republicans.

So you vocally opposed the Mueller investigation? It was clearly politically motivated.

If the Seth Rich murder is solved even with nefarious intentions by the investigators....thats a good thing.

They would still have to go to a grand jury and present evidence and then go to trial. Investigators are not prosecutors.

Again...you seem confused by the legal system of the US and how it works.
