Leftists: Please explain to me how democracy is in jeopardy

He held a rally, just like the Communists do all the time.
You are a threat to democracy for being eligible to vote but not capable of coherent rational thinking.

Never in the history of this country did one actual first term president, who ran for a second term and lost and saw the election was certified by the states, call for a rally on the Constitutionally significant date of Jan6, and then tell the angry supporters that showed up they were there to stop the election that was(without evidence) stolen from him , by fighting and this was their last chance to keep him in power and save America from being destroyed without him as president,

Ashley Babbitt went there because she believed him when she’s dead. If Trump didn’t say all this election line bullshit she would still be alive.

Correct. But she took it on her own to break into the building. Trump never instructed anybody to do that. All Trump did was assemble people for a rally, and that is no threat whatsoever to our democracy.

The regime in power is the Democrats. A vote for Republicans is a vote to overthrow the government. It's treason.

It’s not just me telling you the truth:

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell delivered remarks from the Senate floor on Saturday after a historic vote to acquit former President Donald Trumpin his second impeachment trial.

Read his remarks below provided by McConnell's office, as prepared for delivery:

https://www.weny.com/story/43345631...n-the-senate-floor-following-trumps-acquittal

"January 6th was a disgrace.

"American citizens attacked their own government. They used terrorism to try to stop a specific piece of democratic business they did not like.

"Fellow Americans beat and bloodied our own police. They stormed the Senate floor. They tried to hunt down the Speaker of the House. They built a gallows and chanted about murdering the Vice President.

"They did this because they had been fed wild falsehoods by the most powerful man on Earth — because he was angry he'd lost an election.

"Former President Trump's actions preceding the riot were a disgraceful dereliction of duty.

There is no question that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of that day.

"The people who stormed this building believed they were acting on the wishes and instructions of their President.

"And their having that belief was a foreseeable consequence of the growing crescendo of false statements, conspiracy theories, and reckless hyperbole which the defeated President kept shouting into the largest megaphone on planet Earth.

"The issue is not only the President's intemperate language on January 6th.

"It is not just his endorsement of remarks in which an associate urged 'trial by combat.'

"It was also the entire manufactured atmosphere of looming catastrophe; the increasingly wild myths about a reverse landslide election that was being stolen in some secret coup by our now-President.

"I defended the President's right to bring any complaints to our legal system. The legal system spoke. The Electoral College spoke. As I stood up and said clearly at the time, the election was settled.

Fuck Mitch.

I'm not interested in Mitch's opinion.

Nor yours, quite frankly.

I'm not interested in Mitch's opinion.
Mitch is connected to a normal conservative perception of reality in American life where facts, truth and the Constitution and law and order are held in high esteem and matter. Your infatuation with Trump prevents you from being interested in any of that. I understand. Really I do.

A vote for Republicans is a vote to overthrow the government.
voting is the Constitutional means to overthrow the government.

Trump attempted to throw out all the 2020 votes and have the Republicans in the House of Representatives choose Trump and Pence to win the 2020 election in his attempt to overthrow the incoming Biden elected government. The reason it didn’t work was because Pence refused to commit the fraud that Trump pressured him to commit.

The 2020 election was totally fraudulent.

Doesn’t matter how stupid you are to believe that because the election was certified in all fifty states when no evidence of fraud was found in any of them. According to the Constitution Trump was the official loser in the middle of December and there was no way to change the outcome. So when he misled his Jan6 mob into believing they could make him the winner he was committing sedition and inciting an insurrection whether there was actual fraud in the 2020 presidential election or not.

Trump is the greatest threat to democracy America had ever faced. And any American who still supports that mess of a president is a as much of a fucked up threat to democracy as Trump is.

That's not what happened so....
What does “stop” mean?

Bernie didn’t lie that cheating at the ballpark was going in and tell anybody to be there to stop it.

It doesn't matter. He was promoting hate. Shumer and Waters promoted violence. Trump did neither of those things. Yet, as a typical leftist, you are willing to give them a free pass. We Democrats can do anything we want, just don't you Republicans try to do the same thing.

"Folks, Democrats have two sets of rules: one set for them, and another set for the rest of us."

What will you do for the democrat Wipeout tomorrow?

It doesn't matter.
Why not? Trump invited his supporters to come to DC specifically to participate in a plot to keep Trump in power after the Constitution and the voters told him he had to get his fat election denying ass out of the people’s White House. It’s a threat to Democracy when a one term president is evicted for being a colossal failure and he organizes a two pronged attempt to remain in power after his Constitutional term was coming to an end - it was two weeks away from that end when he staged a coup attempt known as the Jan6 insurrection.

Nothing - won’t be lying that the election was rigged and possibly stolen. Just hope all Dems vote . but if Herschal Walker wins - don’t want to hear anymore shit from Republicans about Dems being baby killers.
Even if Walker was a baby killer, he isn't anymore. Democrats can't say the same.

Democrats lost the baby killing issue when they opposed the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. Then extended that to ponder whether children two and under could be post birth aborted.

You understand NOTHING, shit for brains.

Nope, all Trump did was hold a rally, that's it. He not only instructed the people at his rally to march peacefully and patriotically to the Capital, but days earlier offered to have the National Guard there because of concerns of the FBI. They refused his offer calling it "bad optics."

Again, you're a leftist, so you hate the US Constitution. But until the Communists can get enough power to get rid of it, it's the law we live by as we have since the founding of this country.
