Large protests are expected Saturday across the country pegged to Tax Day to pressure President Donald Trump to release his tax returns.
This year's Tax Day Marches on Saturday, planned in dozens of cities across the county, are expected to be the biggest political mass mobilization since January's Women's March, which some believe was the largest mass political mobilization ever recorded.
Organizers hope to call attention to the fact that Trump is the first president since Richard Nixon to refuse to release his tax returns, and to prepare for a fight on tax policy.
"We need to see Trump's tax returns as a matter of transparency. If we're going into a tax reform debate, we need know if what Trump wants to do is going to benefit himself, since he tends to do things that help him and not necessarily others," said Wes Shockley, one of the organizers of the New York City march.

I believe Nixon did release his income tax returns when he was running for President. However the Ways & Means committee obtained his more recent returns over Watergate.
Republicans who are in charge of the Ways & Means committee have recently refused to get into Trumps tax returns, which they have the authority to do.

So remember to vote for House Democrats in 2018--because they won't have any problems using the Ways & Means committee to get them.

Conservatives protest for more freedom. Leftists protest for less freedom. Conservatives want to keep their earnings. Leftists are convinced that all their utopian projects don't have enough money from the money tree because the "rich" aren't losing enough of their income to big government.
Conservatives want fewer chains. Leftists insist that the problem with the chains is that not everyone is chained down hard enough.

BULLSHIT--The reason for Presidential candidates releasing their income tax returns is to look for conflicts of interest. And Trump has a ton of them. He is a President that can easily be held hostage by several different foreign countries. When Democrats take over the house you'll get a great education on what that Emoluments clause in the Constitution means. It's an impeachable offense.

Republicans in the Ways & Means committee recently refused to obtain Trump's returns, even though there are 3 ongoing Russian investigations regarding his ties to Russia. The Ways & Means committee have the authority to do that. The last time they did it was during Watergate- when they obtained Richard Nixon's, and that was over a single break-in of a DNC office, and had absolutely nothing to do with Foreign Conflicts of Interest.

So remember to VOTE Democrat in 2018--(the midterm election)-because Democrats in the house, if they are the majority, will have no problems accessing Trump's returns via the Ways & Means committee.
