The gipper putz is a) talking about the number of viewers while I posted the ratings, so both are accurate measures and neither is lying; and b) he didn't read his own link very carefully. While he's claiming Trump came in second to Reagan in numbers (not ratings), his own article actually says the order is Reagan, Obama, Carter, Nixon, and then Trump.

Not to mention, ratings are more accurate than viewers due to population growth.
