Liberal parents go berzerk after told black kids would be bussed to their schools

So there is a real possibility that this is a group of conservatives in a generally liberal area raising a stink.
Could be conservatives, could be liberals, could be moderates, could be voters, could be non-voters.

No one knows. What we do know is that folks who voted in that district, leaned heavily for Hillary. So in a Liberal part of town, they are supporting busing in under-performing students to give them a better opportunity. That demonstrates diversity and support to those less privileged and serves as a great example of Liberalism as the folks in that community generally approve of it, according to the video. Even if the few who complained are Liberal, that doesn't negate the very Liberal action of reaching out to help the less fortunate.

Let's see if programs like this are occurring in any conservative districts....
Progressives only want to help themselves and no one else
And yet, the OP presents a case where they are reaching out to help under-performing kids.
Na, They really don’t they just want to force other people to do it
And yet, here's an example where they are doing it themselves.
Na, They are protesting against it

Who's they? The 4 or 5 people who spoke up in a community with 22,000 students?

When it comes right down to it most in the community want nothing to do with shipping unknown people into their neighborhoods...
The road to hell is paved with with good intentions

They already did. PG County, MD, 1973. SCOTUS-ordered desegregation busing.
As the busing ensued, the white conservatives, mostly democrats then, moved beyond the beltway and eventually out of the county altogether. As schools became more black, they faltered. The blacks blamed it on schools outside the beltway getting more attention. Eventually whites outside the beltway fled, too, and that argument disappeared as those schools became all black and faltered as well.
For the past 33 years, the PG County school system, which had been one of the best in the state, has been 2nd worst in the state and the DC area. The few pockets that are mostly white now (and very insulated) have successful elementary schools but those populations aren't enough to counter the failure of the subsequent mostly-black middle and high schools. At that point in their kids' education, the democrats in those isolated white locales either move away or send their kids private. Too much diversity.

And yet, that's not what appeared in the OP. The OP showed that parents in the community were "generally" on board with the decision. And as we saw, only a few spoke out in protest.

Look at how you have to lie to prop up your failed position. :eusa_naughty:

88% voted for Hillary. That district is about as Liberal as the one in the OP. You have any evidence it was conservative when they started busing?

There were still just a few in a very Liberal community with 22,000 students. So why did you lie?

It looks like if it was brought it up to a vote they would not ship in unknown people

They should be able to do what they want, that’s why I say the parents should have 100% control of their schools, the government should have zero influence

That's your own imagination speaking. Again, the article in the OP showed that parents were generally in approval. The video showed only a few who protested.

So why do you insist on lying? Why do you refuse to answer that? :dunno:

I'm not sure what your link is supposed to prove.
I live here in PG County and have for fifty years. The busing began when I was in high school. This place was white democrat conservatives. Very racist, too. Those who fled became Republicans as the Dem party was hijacked by marxists.
The first thing blacks did when they were bused into my school was to create black studies curriculum and a black student union. There's your desegregation.

They should be able to do what they want, that’s why I say the parents should have 100% control of their schools, the government should have zero influence
Parents do have control in the same fashion Americans have control over our own laws. They elect the school board just as America elects representatives. Not everybody always agrees with every action the school board makes.

Actually they didn’t, if it was brought up to vote most likely they would not ship in unknown people.
But on the other side of the issue if the parents were for it, fine. Fuck the government

What my link shows is that the community is largely Liberal. But that is now. You have shown nothing to demonstrate it was conservative then.

Sadly, you're repeating your same lie which is based on nothing but you saying it; in the face of the OP which showed the parents in that district are generally ok with it.

Why do you continue to lie like that? Why do you refuse to answer why you're lying like that?

The place is mostly black. That's why they vote Dem. They voted Dem back in the day but they were conservatives. Before the Dem party was hijacked.
