Hillary Clinton just can’t win: Democrats need to accept that only Bernie Sanders can defeat the GOP

Well, Salon correctly guesses that Bernie is going to take it from Hillary, but then enters a strange la-la land where the lovable Commie beats a Republican, any Republican.

Here's the thing. People like Bernie, he's a genuinely nice person. On the other hand, Hillary is a total bitch and nobody really likes her. Hillary's been telling people to ignore her main flaws, sell-outs and scandals because Bernie's ideas are unrealistic. But when was the last time that Democrats cared about what was realistic? In their minds, the rich have infinite supplies of money and all you need to fund the next boondoggle project is to squeeze the rich a little more.

I do not see Bernie doing well in debate with Trump or Cruz. These two would eat Bernie alive and spit him out for breakfast. He would do better in a debate with Rubio, Kasich or Bush because these candidates will be nice to Bernie because he's a lovable old man, even if it hurts the conservative cause.

Debates aren't about "being nice". If they actually were about who can knock the other down with juvenile schoolyard taunts, then your assessment above would be correct. But since debates are about the facts of the issues.......... not so much. That's not an area either Rump or Cruz are either familiar with or comfortable in.

Ted Cruz is the GOP version of Hillary Clinton when it come to no one liking him!

Cruz would lose to Sanders, and hell I believe he can not defeat Clinton either.

So let hope Cruz is the nominee for the GOP so I can laugh a little...
