The Tards believe gays, Mexicans, Muslims, and blacks should be excluded from the lollipop gifting program.

Conservatives are vehemently opposed to this outrageous wealth redistribution plan which does nothing to solve the causes of the lollipop disparity and only adds to the cost and size of government. However, since the Liberals managed to make this the law of the land, Conservatives believe the equal protection of the laws in the Constitution means everyone should be entitled to the bag of lollipops. Including gays, Mexicans, Muslims, and blacks.
