OK.. The issue I made was not abortions because of rape,incest health of the mother or even first time abortion.
MY point is we put womens' lives at stake when they have multiple abortions.
Why are we NOT doing something proactive to prevent women from having multiple abortions?
Again here are the statistics:

• 8.1% were performed on women with three or more prior abortions (CDC).
• 44.7% or nearly half by women having abortions have one or more previously.

These women who have had 2 or more abortions should be given a choice to have a tubal ligation.
As a result they are definitely helping the women live longer.
