The Dark Knight Returns was great.....I'm not sure how it works with Man of Steel, though..

You can't have Miller's 'Dark Knight' without Superman.

But Miller's Superman is not the Man of Steel superman.

And Afflac is really not old enough to play that batman. Harrison Ford about ten years ago would have worked.

Good comic, but I don't know that it would translate well to a movie.

I'll just hope they are able to make this next movie more Dark Knight than Daredevil.
