Libertarian Appointed to Arizona Supreme Court

Liberty seems like a pretty good start.
A better start IMHO would be the non-aggression principle: aggression (initiation of the use of force) against others is immoral which a foundational principle of libertarianism.

The non-aggression principle does not dictate the self defense, defending other peaceful people or defense of your (or others) property is immoral.

Oh great a mook who hates government is appointed to a government position.

Get together with cclaytonjones and submit a list of socialists you like.

.
Well I would take a lot over a nutty libertarian.

Based on you posts, we already knew that. Socialism is good, liberty is bad.
Where exactly do you get this idea that socialism means no Liberty?

Socialism takes all of my money that it needs and decides what I need. I prefer to keep my money and decide what I need to provide for me and my family first.

And if he issues opinions in conflict with that established legal precedent, settled and accepted Constitutional jurisprudence, and the rule of law, then he's engaging in judicial activism, attempting to legislate from the bench, becoming nothing more than a tyrant in black robes.

Judicial activism like Brown vs Board of Education?

I understand, you don't want your government benefits affected , you want to continue soaking the taxpayers.
It's amazing how you people reason like children. Everything is on either extreme of the spectrum, isn't it? It is all or nothing. To your simple mind, If one is not a libertarian, then that person must automatically be an unemployed moocher in their mom's basement. I know the idea of me being that makes you feel validated and superior, but you come across like a 7th grader with the assumption. Perhaps it is a coping mechanism for your own insecurities, I guess, but I would figure by your age you would have grown out of that.

I guess not.

Go to Miami, and ask the Cubans who will leave the Island "paradise" in anything that floats.

.
So do you believe anything related to socialism is related to Cuba?

So does that mean you would prefer that the government doesn't fund our highways, military, public schools, and law enforcement? Or do you just prefer the government pick up the tab?

Gasoline taxes pay for the highways, military is in the Constitution, public schools and law enforcement are paid with property taxes. I don't think Libertarians are opposed to any of that.
