And news flash....grand jurys ARE part of the legal system. Theres absolutely no ruling or statement from any court legal body saying the Ferguson grand jury process was corrupted. The jury saw all the evidence. They ruled. Just like SCOTUS did on gay weddings. Deal with it.

All Legal decisions made by our system regardless of how disparate the circumstances of each decision supplant any other relevant reality and that once such a decision is reached , regardless of how unreal, has to be accepted as real......
He is making the argument that rigorously litigated Supreme Court Decisions of the last two days are equivalent to the Zimmerman and Wilson legal process...that these decisions are all the same all equivalent...the "back purpose" is of course to demean and lessen the moral impact of the Supreme Court decisions yesterday and today...

A court or jury ruling is valid regardless of the scale of the court or case.

The SCOTUS or the Bumphuck County court. Both valid.
