If you are asking if "collusion" itself was fake? No. It was unknown until the investigation was complete. Mueller was specific - he said that he could find no evidence of a "criminal" conspiracy.

Now - if people are still claiming collusion despite the Mueller report - that would be fake, The report effectively cleared him of any criminal act in that respect. That should sound familiar to you - they did the same with Hilary and her emails (hasn't stopped you lot though.
