And if the impeaching party only has political arguments and not legal ones, they'll face a huge backlash from the voters. Even those who personally don't like Trump and would never vote for him wouldn't support removing a president from office for purely political reasons. Pull this off and the next democrat president who faces a Republican Congress might as well not even bother to unpack his bags when he moves into the White House.

The democrats have been on this "get rid of Trump" kick since before he took office. Very stupid of them, because they broadcast their intentions, thinking everyone agreed with them. Now they HAVE to have a proven crime or the whole thing becomes nothing more than political harassment and they get shellacked the next election. 1- The NSA can not release information which violates the President's Fourth Amendment

2- The NSA has no authority to investigate Americans

Since Vindman has not been thoroughly cross examined :

3- There is no evidence showing that Vindman is not biased against the president

4- There is no evidence showing that Vindman is not conflicted by interest

5- there is no evidence showing that Vindman is not retaliating against the President because he withdrew troops from Syria and refused to attack Iran

6- There is no evidence showing that Vindman is not retaliating against the President because he fired criminal scumbag and former director of the NSA John Bolton.
