He does in some states. If the election were held today, he may well win.

But the trendlines are continuing to show Harris increasing her support, by the rate of about .65 points a week. While trump is lowing support at the rate of about .21 point a week.

And if those trendlines continue, we'll be way, way past the arena of Trump's under performance in polls.
