...they are not running around like movie crazy people ....a lot of people have mental problems and they go everywhere being ''normal''' ........they have low IQs/can't think properly/etc...the US can't fix EVERYONE!!!!!! all the time/etc ..then if you try to make people like that get help, they cry CIVIL RIGHTS/etc
....you wan't them to be treated but that means they need to be diagnosed first !!!!
