That data is skewed HEAVILY by inner city violence.
We have a cultural problem in America. The homicide rate for black males, between 15 and 20 is 115 per 100k...yeah. By your own chart, young black males in America are almost 10 times as likely to be murdered (by each other) than the most violent places on earth.
